Yoga for Amputees ➤In partnership with the Amputee Recreational Support Group of Central Ohio, Yoga on High offers a weekly class for amputees. This class encourages amputees to feel comfortable moving in their prosthetics with practices supporting awareness and balance of all four limbs (yes, all four!) to create stability and confidence.
EMBER Yoga ➤EMBER’s aim is simple: to provide tools to help women feel at home in their bodies. During the 12-week training, the curriculum builds community while developing the foundations of resilience: the capacity to bounce back from difficulty by drawing on inner reserves of calm, clarity, compassion, and courage.
Yoga for Veterans ➤Believing that trauma lives in the body as well as the mind, Yoga on High Foundation has funded ongoing 6-week sessions of therapeutic yoga classes for homeless veterans in the Columbus, Ohio area.
