Book Conversations

Book Conversations in Columbus Ohio | Yoga on High Foundation

Join us in 2017 for a monthly book and podcast series.  Every month we will meet to discuss a book or podcast on a range of topics relevant to our lives today.  Each month, the discussion will be led by a different woman from our community.  Our aim in adding these to the schedule is to encourage community and conversation that will educate, engage, challenge and inspire!!

Abundant Columbus

Abundant Columbus is a diversity & inclusion initiative designed to create safe spaces to explore our relationship with topics related to community and inclusivity; with the belief that our differences help to create a better learning environment. The experience, hosted by Sarah Dryer, utilizes yogic philosophy with the hope that compassionate practices are key to sustaining welcoming environments of acceptance.  All are welcome to join in this conversation which will take into consideration diversity and inclusivity in yoga both in the Columbus area and at YOHI in particular!

No need to read a book this month, but please take a look at this video:  https://www.facebook.com/JayShettyIW/videos/1748936578754133/
